Logic Artists is looking for an experienced and bright People and Culture Manager to join our studio in Copenhagen in overseeing and optimizing all internal HR processes within our company. As our new People & Culture Manager your role will be focused on cultivating and maintaining a motivating and productive work environment, using your talents to understand and match the specific needs for our growing organization. The ideal candidate must be able to prioritize, manage and further develop HR processes and people operations in a fast-growing game studio environment.


● Manage and maintain employee information in our internal HR system; spanning pay schedules, employee benefits, vacation scheduling, relocation etc.
● Act as main point of contact in relation to onboarding and offboarding of new employees in all locations
● Be an active part of establishing and upholding company culture and communicating this internally for existing and new hires
● Contribute to the continued development of our internal HR processes
● Proactively detect process inefficiencies and inconsistencies, and drive necessary mitigation and change strategies
● Guide employees on career development and skill optimization in collaboration with team leaders
● Act as people-advisor and point of contact for all employee inquiries, and take charge in mediating needed resolvement for said inquiries
● Work closely with the Operations team in facilitating relocation, including applying for VISAs and communicating with the Danish Immigration Services
● Work closely with the Operations team to set goals & establish trustworthy HR processes
● Oversee, understand and support employees in many different locations


● 2-4+ years of experience working in HR, People and Culture or a similar position
● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferably in an applicable field of study)
● Facilitate and maintain trustworthy relationships with your coworkers
● Proven record of working in People and Culture and HR Management
● Experience with guiding employees on personal growth, skills development and career pathing
● Ability to interact and communicate with all functional areas and all organizational levels
● Positive and proactive attitude towards problem solving and conflict mitigation
● Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
● Excellent software skills (MS Office 365) and knowledge of HRIS software
● Excellent communication skills and fluent or business level English - written and spoken


● Ability to define, maintain and execute your own tasks to meet company goals
● Ability to prioritize, plan, organize, and with a strong sense of time management
● Confident in taking initiatives, being innovative and perform consistently meeting tight deadlines

● Experience working in the game industry or in a tech startup company
● Understanding of Danish, Turkish and/or US law
● Knowledge of the HRIS software BambooHR
● Passion for computer games and technology
