Logic Artists is looking for a passionate and sharp Talent Acquisition Manager to join and drive the expansion of our studio. As our Talent Acquisition Manager, your role will be focused on finding and recruiting new potential hires and use your talent to understand and match the specific needs for our growing organization. The ideal candidate must be able to manage and prioritize people operations in a fast-growing game studio environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Sourcing, background checks and initial interviews of potential candidates and acting as main point of contact in these processes
● Assist in picking the most brilliant artists and bright developers around the world
● Establishing a strong first impression of the company and its core values
● Contribute to the development and execution of our talent acquisition strategy
● Assist with the full onboarding process, relocation, equipment needs, etc
● Establish and maintain a diverse applicant pool of creative and technically qualified candidates
● Working closely with management to set goals & review long-term strategy
● Working closely with diverse leadership teams to decode individual and newly rising talent needs to maintain and boost productivity and help reach team goals
● Guiding the team on personal growth, skills de
velopment, and career pathing
● Assist the office manager with general people operations and HR responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS

● 1-3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting in a growing organization
● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferably in an applicable field of study)
● Proven record and working knowledge of recruiting, onboarding and overall talent management
● Positive attitude and a grit for taking on new challenges
● Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
● Excellent software skills and knowledge of HRIS software
● Excellent communication skills and fluent or business level English - written and spoken
